I can't get any response from [broken link removed] or any NR URL except "The system cannot open the file"

Has their server gone on an Easter break?
 
I have the same problem too - ah well it is a bank holiday today!
 
Anybody finding the NR website - in particular the login process - dog slow and unreliable these days? It takes ages to log me in (on various computers and internet links so unlikely to be a local problem) and often fails with server/script errors. Very annoying and reason enough along with better rates on offer elsewhere for me to move most of my funds away from them. :(
