Is my Quinn health care tax deductable?

Just wandering If the 700 Euro I pay for my self, my girlfriend and baby is tax deductable on the form 11 on line form according to:



Permanent Health Benefit




Amount paid for Permanent Health Benefit (where not deducted from gross pay by employer)


If I paid the whole lot my self, can I claim the whole lot or can I only claim half of it (since the baby was free). ??
