Is Jobseekers Benefit considered Non-PAYE income for the purposes of filing a Form 12

If you earn more than 5000 non-PAYE income you have to complete a Form 11

Is DSP Jobseekers Benefit considered part of that 5000 threshold ?

DSP Jobseekers Benefit shows under the Non-PAYE section of the online Form 12 but I think it might not be because its coded in and taxed at source - strange that it shows under non-PAYE section though
