My husbands name is on deeds of land along with his parents. There are loans secured on this land in all their names also. Is it possible for him to get his name taken off the land deeds when there are debts outstanding on the land?

No offence, but does it matter what his aims are? The question is "is it possible to do it or is the fact that his name is on the loans attached to the land stopping this from happening?
