ICS is wholly owned by Bank of Ireland,it would not be considered a sub prime lender.it is only a matter of time before BOI sell it though imo....though looking at Irish banks under Govt guarantee scheme and their balance sheets...you would have to say they are all sub prime lenders..one as bad as the other.
 
It is not a sub prime lender but it will be sold off soon.

I would assume the terms and conditions of your mortgage would be set in stone but if you are on a variuable it would be at the mercy of whomever buys it.

Open to correction though.
