Is GMAIL down for the last several hours?

Can't access GMAIL for the last 3-4 hours and just wondering if it's me or is it down for eberyone?

OK on my phone too, but I did have to re-enter username & password

i had this issue previously - it's a known issue with gmail - switch your connection option to always use https and you should be fine.

We are having same problem today , for 2nd time this week .

There must be a problem with gmail.......It says file is too large etc

I wonder if anyone has a solution to this problem . This is the error message we are getting ......and it is this size too.

I think it is well known that gmail is not as good as 'the other' mail accounts. We all think it must be super efficient because of the good experience we have with the search engine. But let's face it, the product is inferior.
