Is Glendale in Leixlip a safe estate

We are looking at a place in Glendale, but wanted some input on the location in terms of safety, proximity to schools, supermarkets around. I'm an Asian, so was also wondering if that area has a mix of cultures, is cosmopolitan. I'm new in the country and want to get an approximation of what people think 3-bed houses should cost here and their opinion on this estate.

Is it common for estate agents to put a lot of pressure on the buyer. We hear of prices stabilizing and even declining in some areas....can't follow the pressure on buying and closing soon. Any opinions on this estate or estates close to Leixlip Confey station will help folks.

It is when things are tough for them which is certainly the case now.

It's a buyer's market at the moment. If anyone should be under pressure, it's the seller and the estate agent.

Any thoughts on whether Glendale is safe or not? Any info from people who know the area. Whats it like compared to other estates? Are there estates people consider to be "better"/"worse"? Thanks.
