I am a PAYE worker and would not normally file a return. I sold my principal residence and want to file for PPR relief on the capital gain.
Do I just file CG1 ? or do I need to also submit a form 12s?
Your the first person I've heard of filing a cg1 for disposal of PPR. Everyone is supposed to but don't. Unless you have other income the CG1 is sufficient.
