Is BIK tax deductible?

If you are paying BIK on a staff preferential mortgage for an investment property, are the BIK payments tax deductible when calculating the tax due at the end of the year?

Your queries here might actually be answered by more people if you refrain from the sort of gratuitous insults that might have sounded funny when first made by the likes of Declan Lynch or Liam Mackey in Hot Press around 1985 or so but which now come across as derivative and childish
 
Oh come on, I think that's a bit harsh.... Maybe you don't find it funny (and it's hardly hilarious), but "gratuitously insulting"?
