Hi all

I am looking into buying a property in Newbridge next to the Curragh Grange Estates and I would like your opinion on this area especially on regards to safety which is one of my major concerns.

I am living in Dublin an my first time in Newbridge was when I checked the property. I do not know if there is any areas I should avoid. Usually areas near house councilling are considered unsafer but I have no ideia how it goes there.

Thanks!

Not quite sure what you mean by "safety". I live close by (7 years) and have not witnessed or heard of any anti-social behaviour. Have heard of the very rare break-in, but this can happen anywher these days.
Estates are well kept and most have resident associations that do good work on behalf of folk living in the area.
Like most large estates, some houses are rented out, but owners will be contacted promptly should anything unpleasant develop at the house.
In my opinion it is a good area of Newbridge.

Hi Johneugene58

Thanks for your reply. By safe I meant what you stated: anti-social behaviour or break-in.

Thanks for your opinion!

You're welcome Abolis.

Best of luck buying your new property.
