Is a marp's agreement up for discussion?

My sister and her husband are going through the marp's process. They both done something very out of the ordinary and refused to sign the agreement. They didn't like what they saw.

To be honest I was shocked as I see marp's as a life line. I am unsure as to what was in the agreement but they said they were advised not to touch it with a fifty foot pole.

Have they sealed their fate?

Hi Kerrigan

That is a bit vague.

Who did something out of the ordinary? your sister or the bank?

What was it?

Unless you can clarify these issues, then it's unlikely you can get help on askaboutmoney.

Kerrigan, can you post the details of what the agreement was with the bank. Particularly the figures.

My understanding of your post is that the bank offered them a Marps agreement and that they are unusual in that they have turned this down.

A very serious thing to do as they are probably risking losing their home.
