Is a fixed interest rate on 60k loan possible?

Hi
I just wondered if it is possible to get a fixed interest rate on the full term (7 years) on a 60k bank loan? Its for a business with very tight margins and as a result it would be assuring to know what the repayments will be for the full duration of the loan. What would the interest rate be on a full term fixed interest loan? So far I haven't been able to see a fixed interest product from any bank for the full term. Many thanks.:)
 
Ulsterbank do fixed rate business loans for up to 10 years. I don't know the rate though.
