You need to give more info...... Personally if they ask for 210 I wouldnt give it, I'd make them an offer and let it brew for a while, its a buyers market now, not a sellers and fair play to you if can affort to buy a house now! Also, check to see if there are management fees (add 40k to your 210, people NEVER take this into a/c), do you own the land that the house is on or is it lease hold? Do the math on a mortgage of 210, prepare to pay back about 350 over the life of the mortgage. 210 is not the figure you should be only looking at.....
