iriver T30 "Scan music file error" - Help

Hi,

I purchased iriver t30 mp3 player a while back and it was working perfectly.
I was downloading music files off internet, but when I finished and went to check the songs had transferred, 'scan music file' started flashing. Now the only way I can turn it off is to remove the battery.

Has this happened to anyone? please help
