Morning!
Has anyone seen this article in the IT today! According to the article the Minister is reviewing the act on the basis of a report from the Affordable housing Partnership who offer a number of suggestions on how to speed up the supply of Affordable houses. Quoting from the article " of these (the suggestions) the most controversial is likely to be the removal of the time limit on the claw-back measure". Unfortunately the article does not go onto explain exactly what this means! Any suggestions as to me it is not clear!

I think it means that if they go ahead with the suggestions made by the AFP that new affordable housing contracts will have clawback attached to them regardless of time frames so clawback will have to be paid even if you sell after 20 years! is this how others intrepret it?
