My own view is that there’s probably still a bit to go on the competition side of things, and that it’ll probably net off against the first couple of rate rises.

Not at the 1.95% level, but in terms of the pillar banks being forced down to that level.
 
I think she's reading too much into US and UK interest rate policy.

Euro area inflation risk is lower, policy response likely to be more subdued and later. You can see this in yields over the last few months where euro area just hasn't risen like in the US.
