Irish Rail Cheaper Online/At Station Now?

Can anyone tell me at the moment if it's cheaper to buy a return Irish Rail ticket at the station or online..hearing conflicting accounts. Probably cheaper to drive

I think it depends really.

Generally it's cheaper online, cheapest when you book more than a week in advance. Where are you going and when?

It's cheaper to buy online and in advance, fares go up in brackets. Cheapest is 7+ days in advance, next more expensive are 1-6 days in advance with most expensive being on the day of travel.
