Would anyone know if there is an irish or english pub but preferably irish pub that would be showing the rugby game next Saturday. If it was some where in city centre barcelona that would be good as we are staying fairly central.Thanks
I'd be very surprised if the Michael Collins pub wasnt showing it. Not sure of exact location but its about 20 min walk from the top of Las Ramblas and quiet near that famous landmark the Sacre de Something!!
The only real Irish pub in Barcelona is the Michael Collins Pub ... owned by a Meathman if I recall... The last time I was there they had RTE and even TG4 for club games so I'd say the athmosphere will be best there
They show all the matches and there's usually a good atmosphere.
Very good food, great cocktails and nice decor.
Its located in the Gothic quarter but only five minutes from Las Ramblas.
Its a good alternative for those who want to avoid typical Irish pubs with Pogues music & all day fries etc.
