Irish Pension

Hi:

I was born in Ireland and worked there in the printing industry from 1969 until 1975.
I worked in UK from 1975 to 1978.
And have worked in Canada from 1978 to present.

My question is:
Am I entitled to an Irish Contributory Pension?
 
I suggest you go to welfare.ie and print off an application form and submit it to the pension office in Sligo if you are coming up to age 66
Without further details it would be impossible to give a definite answer but it as certainly worth putting the application

ClubMan: I was just curious as to how long your Uncle worked in Ireland before going to Canada.
Did he return to work in Ireland or does he still reside in Canada.
