Does anyone know what's happening with the Irish Government Bonds that were proposed in the recent budget?
Is there any info available on them? Are they for the ordinary Joe and Josephine Soap?
I was thinking of making an investment for the new year but am interested in finding out if these bonds might be worth waiting for.
