Nobody can predict the irish property market. People are divided on whether the market is going to crash or land softly.

Are you working in an estate agents or auctioneers, in any capacity?
If so can you tell me what is the current situation in the market?
Have you seen a surge in sellers recently? Is it taking longer to move houses now?

Also all funny stories or overheard office gossip welcome.
