Irish equivalent site ?

I have come across a website called say noto0870.com. This site gives out alternative telephone numbers, as advised by the general public,to the expensive 0870 numbers that companies use. Do we have an equivalent site here?
Having phoned Aer Arann today on an 0818 number , I realised how expensive it was to phone this so-called reservation number, instead of the other 01 listed number.
Any thoughts on this?

Call them and ask for the international number i.e. tell them you want to call them when your abroad. They'll end up giving you the +353 1 123 4567!

This is really useful if you are on an "inclusive minutes" package with any of the mobile operators as 1850, 1890 numbers are never included.
