Irish Credit Report

Recently received my credit report where it shows my two loans with all my repayment dates "ticked".

However I am at a loss on how to add up the score of the rating, it seems to be a bit complicated in the way it is laid out

If anyone has received this report and had luck in adding their score please let me know.
There is no mention of my credit card however, do these usually appear???
The main reason I applied was to see how good or poor my rating is, and so far cannot work it out.

Some Issuers only report in credit cards once they default.

Not seen one in a while but used to have 0,0 etc if paid on time if one month late would 0,1,1 etc until brought up to date 2 for 2 months late etc - not sure if that makes sense.
