I came across this site today, [broken link removed]. It allows you to post a project where suppliers can the nbid for the work. I thought it may be useful seeing as a number of people have posted requests on where to get advise on setting up websites etc.
Apart from becoming a member of the above this evening I have no other affiliation with the site nor do I have any experience on how good or bad the concept works.
