Irish branch for a French company

I own a small French Company.
I just got a first contract here in Ireland and I'm wondering how to setup an Irish branch to my French company
I'll be thankfull to whoever can point me to the right direction.
I don't know from where to start

why do you need to set up an irish branch? Are there tax benefits?
Actually knowing france Id say yes
 
What business area do you work in? Without getting too specific, there may be opportunities for state funding available to get you started if you are for example in the manufacturing area.

Yes, the aim is tax relief.
I want to move money between the two branches according to the actvity volume of each branch

The company is doing IT businessé. It is only services no manufacturing
