"the innovation island" it shows the government and civil service is infected by "PR speak", words that sound good especially to an ignorant audience but mean nothing, this is something that would be a bushism if uttered by george bush and parodied on the american comedy programs, mary coughlan like alot of ministers is not qualified to hold the position she holds and neither are most of her advisors and spin doctors
