Ireland mobile to Polish Mobile- cheap calls

Can anyone recommend a provider or agent for calls from Irish mobiles to Polish mobiles? We have a Polish person at work and they use the normal networks but i am sure they could save money by using some of those calling cards or similar?

Meteor have a tarriff plan for international calls - check out:

I expect there is cheaper with other providers- i.e. besides Meteor- who are a mobile provider. Tey CubicTelecom.com or other providers
