Is the table published by the BBC necessarily exhaustive? Maybe it's selective and we are second most expensive in the partial list?

Correct, Clubman, it is a selective list. The article mentions Mexico as the most expensive ($52.36). And the UK is not mentioned at all for their entry-level BB. Strange.

Huh? The original title was something along the lines of "Ireland second most expensive for entry level broadband" but that was wrong and the original poster changed the thread title on foot of this.
