A bit of advice please.......
I am getting an ipod for Christmas and not sure which one to buy, someone got me the logic3 i-station 8 so that I can play the ipod around the house which is great, but know I'm not sure which one to get.
(I had decided on the Altec Lansing in Motion iM7 but could'nt find out where to get one - supposed to be a great sound but settled for the
i-station 8 instead)
I don't need a nano or miniture type one as I won't use it out and about. I just want to keep my music collection on it and play it in Kitchen/bedroom etc.
I was going to get the Black Ipod Classic 80gb one (they have it for €240 in Virgin)
(The touch is too expensive)
But having looked in the argos catalogue I'm now confused - there seems to be 2nd Generation, 5th Generation, Video, Video V2
From the Apple website I can see that the classic holds up to 100 hours of video ...?
Also - I assume you can download your cd collection from a pc - I heard there can be compatibility issues, I-tunes versus media player?
