I bought an Ipod and docking station from PIXmania.com delivery by DHL. Paid extra for fast delivery.After 48 hrs i tracked the item it had gone from Dublin to Cork then to Waterford then back to Dublin, nine days later got package slight damage to top of box also box wrapped in DHL adhesive tape no IPod just docking station no docket DHL did'nt want to know.Courier said I only deliver contact DHL. PIXmania had investagation said sorry, we signed for package nothing they could do.DHL just washed there hands completely.Anyone any problems with DHL would like to know

Did you sign for the iPod? If it wasn't in the box, you shouldn't have accepted the parcel, and I doubt you have a recourse.

make sure and go back in and copy or print off the DHL tracking.
did you pay more also for insurance as u paid extra for fast delivery ?...
if the ipod is gone then i don't think u will have a hope of getting it back as they are highly re-sellable items...complain to pixmania that u paid extra for the extra fast delivery and still had to wait 9 days...at this time of the year DHl will not really care as they are so busy with people buying stuff for the xmas.. especially the likes of ipods...keep pestering DHL..i'd be livid..
