IPOD Touch - Radio?

Hi all, I just got an IPOD touch (version 4.1) and am wondering can I listen to (regular FM) Radio on it? Can't find an option and it's not mentioned on the website or the instructions.

Can you download apps? If you can you can download radio station apps; however you can only listen to them on wifi.
 
I can dowload apps, however I want to listen to the radio on the go, not just when I'm within WIFI range. That sounds like radio on the go isn't possible, is that it?
 
That's it unless you get an iPhone equivalent with unlimited download capacity - then you don't have to pay; but the quality needs to improve a lot. Apple don't do radio.
 
I think Griffin to an attachment that you can buy that will give you FM radio
