I suspect they had seen the picture of your body from earlier in the thread. Wouldn't fancy tatooing that.
 
Had my back waxed specially for it too (boy this thread is turning slightly weird now....)

I ordered the 60GB one from the US and saved a packet...the US ones I believe also have a higher volume setting,something to do with EU regs
