Ipod - Itune Alternative Query!?

Hey All,

My g'f has just got an Ipod Nano, I already have a Mini. To save the messing with Creating New Profiles with Itunes...
Im eager to find Software which acts as an alternative to Itunes and allows me to load Mp3's onto my Mini. Ive seen the Igadget online but havnt heard of anyone Reviewing or using it.
Does anyone have any clue of anything to use or have use of the Igadget?
Any help as always much appreciated!

Edit -> Preference -> Manage iPod Manually will allow you to run mutiple iPod of the one configuration of iTunes, no need to create new profiles.

You'll need to drag and drop files to update the ipod.

This is one alternative.
