IO SVR 4.3% with EBS €190k over 26 years. If I sold the property how much to settle?

Hi All,

I am currently on interest only for the last year with EBS and I owe them €190,000.00 over 26 years.

If i wanted to sell the house and fully settle the debt with the EBS, that is provided i got enough from sale of the house, roughly how much would i have to pay off ebs in one lump to settle the mortgage. I am currently on a variable rate of about 4.3%.

If anymore details are required pls let me know

If you sold your house for roughly what's owing on it,why would EBS or any other bank settle for a lesser amount?This makes no sense.
