Investments with friends??

Can anyone give me tips/advice on what to look out for if I were to enter into a partnership with some friends to invest in property? I want to have it legal with small start-up fees, so any advice would help.

Important to draft wide-ranging agreement in advance - its a discussion now, but an expensive argument later
