Investments with Anglo Irish Banks safe ?

Hi,
I've recently invested for 12 months fixed rate 6% with AIB but a bit worried as to how safe my money is with all the current negativity about this bank and especially after views expressed yesterday by Politicians advising bank should be wound down, could anyone advise if I should leave my money where it is ?
 
Deposits of up to €100k at Anglo ( and AIB for that matter ) are guaranteed by the government.
 
Thanks, I hope so especially since it's been Nationalised and what occured at todays meeting of shareholders,etc

If an account is a joint account, is it 100k for each person or it it per account only ?
