Myself and my wife own two investment properties that are rented out.
We are both full time PAYE employees also. The profit being made from rental income on both properties is a small value (under €3000)
Is there any benefit to forming a company for the investment properties?
I really don't have a clue about it. It was just a thought that came to me.
