Investment Mortgage Trying to Switch to New Bank

Hey all,

Just a quick question. I have an investment mortgage with TSB for over one year. In the first year I had a discounted mortgage and then following that I moved onto a one-year fixed mortgage.

If I moved this mortgage to another bank can I get a "new" discounted mortgage elsewhere for a year. Is this possible?

Yes, it is possible. However, bear in mind the fees involved. You may have to pay solicitor, valuer etc.
