Investment advice

I have €50,000 to invest for at least 10 years in the Republic of Ireland. What is the best investment institutions that i can invest in with the best interest rate andreasonable security of my money.
I have no need for this money as i have paid off my morgage and have no outstanding debts. I am aware that interests rates for investment at present are less than .01%.

Buy a diversified basket of shares or even just one conglomerate share that already offers diversification (e.g. Berkshire Hathaway or a similar conglomerate share) and then just sit back and leave it alone. If you need an income along the way then close some or all shares that pay dividends.
