Investing in Canary Wharf

Any suggestions/ideas for reputable companies/agencies to deal with? Budget is c500k.

I've used the and found them very good.

A lot of people sell property there.
There are a few new developments all goingup now - ready to be finished in a bout 3 years time.
Teh icon,Lanterns court,Indescon court,pan peninsula among more.

I've been looking at The Icon and Pan Penninsula in Millharbour and am looking at purchasin a 2 bed with "Imagine Homes" at the moment in The Icon. It is also three years off plan. I will contact londonpropertywarehouse also to see what they offer.

Is that a sterling budget or euro budget?
You won't get any 2-bed for €500k.

Ai looked at imagine homes too for that development.

I didn't go for them in teh end though because they require a 15% deposit (10% and 5%) - others only require a 10% deposit.
At least i prefer that deal anyway.

Also - the icon seems more expensive than indescon and lanterns for some reason.

So is opan peninsula but that is clearly a far more luxurious development.
