My feeling with the Boniface Square project is double.
I like the neighbourhood a lot to have a drink or to hang out, but it's not the place where I would like to live.
It's close to a lot of cool places (Place Boniface with all its bars, restaurants and some cool shops nearby, Boulevard de Waterloo, Parc de Cinquantenaire, Styx and UGC cinemas) but I dislike the direct neighbourhood, the downpart of Chaussée d'Ixelles.
If you want to invest in Brussels, there may be some better opportunities.
The capital growth on flats have been (at least) 10% per annum since the mid 90's, but it's not sure if it will stay on the same level.
A big plus of Boniface Square is of course the close presence of the thousands of CEE people & lobyists.
There is a very interesting reportage that came out on our national TV-chain Canvas, talking about the growth perspectives of the CEE rental market. It was broadcasted in 2005 but it's still very relevant.
Only problem is that it's mainly in Dutch...
