Re: Sofia/Warsaw

I have recently returned from Warsaw, where I will definiteley be investing in a 100 - 150k appartment in the best part of town.

Rental is low,but with 30% up front AIB in poland will lend you the rest.

It is a great city & well worth visiting , if not invasting in

Hey don't go getting the impression that all Irish people are suckers buddy, you invast all you want with the help of AIB, I'm sticking to Craiova in Romania, with the help of BOI.

Does anybody know about Cyprus or Gran Canaria (Spain). I was wondering is there is good potiental for capital appreciation and rental growth for either of these islands, which have a year-reoun climate. I also believe that they may be marginally less expensive than the Spanish costas. From a legal standpoint Cyprus has a CGT rate of 20% wheras Gran Canaria is 35%. Any information on the islands' potiental would be greatly appreciated.

Anybody know if there is much red tape involved when investing in Romania? Has Croatia reached its peak already?

Regarding the title
