A friend and I are thinking of investing in a property development company that's developing apartments in Bulgaria, circa 15k each
We won't actually own a property but would own units in the dev. company.
We were wondering if there's any tax benefit in terms of CGT in setting ourselves up as a company, or should we just do up a Partnership Agreement ?
