Investec -NON online rates.

Is there somewhere on Investec's website where I can view all their fixed deposits rates that are available to those customers who do not want an online account?

I have a maturing account and they have sent me a letter encouraging me to go online with the offer of 3.25% for both 3 and 6 months. If I choose not to go online their rates drop to 2.75%.

As you said, the rate for non on-line customers is 2.75%, based on what Investec told me. The "non online rate" is not on their website.

Their online rate is 3% not 3.25%.

No it's 3.25% for existing customers with deposits maturing if they opt for switching to online accounts. I'm reading it now in the letter they sent me. You tick a box to opt in or out.
