Interpreting stats on Ingatlan.com (Hungarian Property Website).

I'm probably being totally thick but can somebody explain how Columns 2 and 4 of the Ingatlan stats are calculated. (405, 30).

I've pasted this section because there is only 1 sample to calculate averages from. (ie. a 74m2 apartment costing 122,300 EUR )

There is a mistake on the website:

Columns 2 and 4 use HUF figures instead of EUR, as the website suggests, so, e.g. for District V, the average price per square metre (Column 2) was 487,000 HUF and the average cost of an apartment (Column 4) was 39.5M HUF.
