i've done a search on here for trademarks... the info was a bit vague, about 300euro for an irish trademark...
i've looked at the patent office site, and they say the charges around around that... but it's not very clear on how to set up one internationally...
has anyone done this? it appears you need an irish one first... then you apply for an international one... do you do all this at once? or register the irish one, get approved, and then register the international one?
can anyone recommend a solicitor?
