Is there any good website or discussion forum for people who are planning how to do up their house/apartment, whether it's new or second hand. I am in this situation and considering colour schemes, where to buy furniture, thinking about storage space, carpets etc. the whole thing.

Is there an interior deco type website we can refer to or discuss with others doing the same. Doing a google search for interior design tends to bring up all the interior designers which I am not interested in.
