Touring North Kerry

Blennerville is about 5 miles from Tralee Town it has a Windmill, Pottery Shop, an old steam train to the Aquadome...well worth a visit - Rain or not. You should really plan at least one day touring the Dingle Penninsula - Take the tour to see Fungi (Dolphin) from Dingle Harbour.
Inch Beach is probably the best beach in Ireland and is just a short drive from Tralee.
There is a fine tourist centre in Tralee town and in the basement is a tour (on a track)of what Tralee would have looked like 100 years back.

Re: Touring North Kerry

If you go to Inch beach then drop in to the South Pole Inn. It's Tom Creans pub and has lots of stuff on the artic exhibitions. good pints and a good price too.

I didn't visist the aquadome but it seems to get very busy and there are often long queues. I've heard it's good. If you have a car then you can drive the Conor pass to Dingle. A very strange experience or go to Killarney for the sites and the discount outlet shopping.

There are lovely beaches all over the coast.
