Hi . I am coming up to the end of my first 1 year fixed period with my mortgage. I see the rate has gone up ever so slightly. the variable rate is lower than the rest.
what way does one think the rates may go. I know they cannot go much lower as ecb would not make any cash but should one fix for 2 ,3 years wondering what to do.
