Interest Permanent TSB

I applied to have interest credit to my current account last Jun and every month I got a line in the statement saying 4% interest..but there was no amount, when I asked I was told I could get the interest in Dec , but I haven't. I called the bank and was told they would get back to me but that was 2 weeks ago.. has anyone had the same problem ?

are there other terms & conditions i.e. min lodgement a month?

I got credit interest on my PTSB Switch current account in December/January. In my case there were some other terms and conditions - at least €1.5K lodgement p.m. if I recall correctly for example.

thanks, I have spoken to the bank and they say I am entitled to get the interest, but that was 2 weeks ago so i will have to followup again.
